Growth solutions that develop resilient, high performing individuals
Learning & Development Consultant
I've been fortunate to work across sectors with smart, interesting and driven people who are passionate about offering services that make a difference to others.
I have a background in leisure management and have played integral business development roles, creating new programmes, communication strategies and quality management systems. Often acting as a trouble shooter for under performing businesses, I've developed a reputation for having a personable, supportive, yet challenging approach, getting to the heart of the issue and creating cost effective, practical, sustainable solutions.
I gave up a proper job (my brother's words, not mine) over 17 years ago and have worked as a freelance L&D professional since.
My focus areas
Designing and delivering behaviour skills interventions, that help clients develop relevant and practical coping strategies to thrive in a VUCA world.
Supporting businesses to turn principles into profit by delivering values led experiences that encourage more people to use more of your services, more often.
Coach /Trainer Education - Empowering new and jaded learning practitioners to develop success habits, walk their talk and take ownership for their own continual improvement to better challenge and support their clients.
I primarily work with individuals and companies that can best be described as wanting to do well, by doing good, including The Royal Lifesaving Society, Sainsbury's, Sport Wales, NHS, Co-op travel, Discover Momenta and PSS.
I am a member of the CIPD and Institue of Customer Service; and a Trainer with The Coaching Academy.
My philosphy is all about putting people first, so you'll always get a bespoke, client focused service.
