I've been fortunate to work across sectors with smart, interesting and driven people who are passionate about offering services that make a difference to others.

With a background in leisure management, I have played pivotal roles in business development, creating innovative programs, communication strategies, and quality management systems. Often brought in as a trouble-shooter for underperforming businesses, I have built a reputation for my personable yet challenging approach, quickly identifying root issues and delivering cost-effective, practical, and sustainable solutions.

Seventeen years ago, I stepped away from the traditional corporate path (or a proper job, as my brother called it) to become an independent Learning & Development professional. Since then, I have been dedicated to helping organisations and individuals enhance performance through targeted behavioral skills interventions.
